Skylaar is a former All State high school player from Bedford High School (Cleveland, Ohio). Skylaar also was a 4 year letterman at the University of Toledo and was a Co - Captian his senior season when they defeated University of Michigan. He earned his degree in secondary education.
Nicole Bergman
Photographer, Web designer and Graphic Designer
Nicole has worked with 4th and Goal since the beginning, back in 2011. She graduated from The University of Toledo in 2010 with a degree in Education. She has her own photography and web design business, NB3Photography.
Delroy Chance
Trainer
Delroy is a former All State defensive lineman at Toledo Central Catholic. He attended Adrian College to play college football and currently coach varsity football at Toledo Rogers High School.
Jonathan Robinson
Outreach Coordinator / Trainer
Johnathan is a former stand out DB at Springfield High School (Dayton, Ohio). He is currently attending BGSU to earn his Masters in Sports Management.
Donavin Oliger
Graphic Design Intern
Donavin Oliger is currently studying Media Tech at Central Catholic High School. He has been doing graphic design work for 2 years and is proficient in Photoshop. Planning on studying graphic design in college, he has hopes of starting his own business in the future.

Michael is a 2 time state championship winning coach and has coached and played multiple positions. He has over 10 years of coaching experiance and is a certified SAQ Trainer. Michael has helped over 20 athletes in route to earn college scholarships in 3 years.
