2013 was another great year for the athletes involved with the 4th and Goal program. We are excited to honor Terrance Cole of Springfield High School as the 2013 4th & Goal Training Student Athlete of the Year.Let’s introduce you to Terranc Terrance is an aggressive football player who enjoys playing the game. He came to 4th & Goal as a sophomore in high school by way of his mother (Trisha) who wanted to help him achieve his goals of being a good citizen in the community and a solid student athlete. It wasn’t long before her search ended when Coach Robinson and the 4th & Goal staff got right to work. Over the past two years, Terrance has been to the Ohio State University’s football camp and the Nike Chicago Combine with the 4th & Goal Program. He is most proud of his honors of being named 1st Team ALL-NLL (Northern Lakes League) and ALL - District honorable mention.
After Terrance found out about winning the award he quoted, “It’s a relief to know that hard work pays off. I’ve been training for two years and I’ve achieved my goals, but there is so much more to come from me. Thank you.”
The humble athlete has also earned multiple Division 2 scholarship offers, mainly based off of his academics.
This award will be given out every year to a student athlete who has committed to success on and off the field with the 4th & Goal program. Congratulations to Terrace Cole. We wish you good luck in the future!
