Cleat Drive = Huge Success
During the month of July, 4th and Goal Athletics in collaboration with Chris Proctor of 94.9 The Beat provided the opportunity for community members and athletes past and present to donate new or slightly used cleats. This opportunity provided athletes who are unable to purchase cleats to have a pair to wear for the upcoming football season. Donations were made by current high school athletes as well as present and former college athletes. The drive ended at the Youth Summer Camp on July 30th at the University of Toledo’s indoor practice facility. The drive was a huge success and we thank everyone who was able to donate and provide an athlete with cleats!
